What They Are and What They Do
While the burned gases that
emerge from an ideal car engine would consist
only of water vapor, carbon dioxide, and nitrogen
gas, a real car engine is far from ideal. In
addition to these gases, a real engine emits
nitrogen oxides, carbon monoxide, and various
unburned hydrocarbons left over from the
gasoline. These gases are major contributors to
urban smog.

The most harmful components of smog are
ground-level ozone and fine airborne particles.
Ground-level ozone is formed through a complex
reaction involving hydrocarbons, nitrogen oxides,
and sunlight. Ground-level ozone is especially
harmful for seniors, children, asthmatics, and
people with heart and lung conditions. It
aggravates respiratory symptoms and further
impairs the ability of these individuals to
perform normal activities. It can inflame
breathing passages--decreasing the lung's working
capacity and causing shortness of breath, pain

charged with a proprietary blend of resonant

"I managed to get the Gas
Chips on an 18-wheeler that averages about
200,000 miles per year. This [truck is owned] by
an individual that keeps very meticulous records
and they knew down to the point that they get on
average 5.3 miles to the gallon. They normally
have a load of 25,000 pounds or less on a regular
basis and it just so happens that right around
the time that we were putting the chips on, they
made a run out to California and picked up a load
that was about 43,000 pounds--almost twice what
they would normally haul around. They started to
get an iinitial read of about 4.9. So they had a
bit of a drop in their gas mileage, obviously
with a load that big. And then they placed the
chips on. And started to climb out of California
back towards Texas... They immediately saw on
that climb an increase to 5.1. It continued to
increase to 5.5... 5.9... What's interesting was
when they were making that climb they started to
see that they had increased power, to the point
that they were actually passing other trucks with
a full load. So that was pretty impressive. They
started to come down, continued on the flat
ground and ended that run in Texas. When they
ended that run, they had climbed to 6.1! Never
had they seen that type of gas mileage with this
truck ever before. They'd increased from an
average of 5.3 to 6.1. This individual keeps very
accurate records. So they took that and averaged
it out with their normal driving record per year,
and figured out not only could they pay for the
chips that they put on their truck in 10 days,
but over the course of the year, they were going
to save between $8-10,000 per year in fuel
costs.

"How do I apply the QX-3
Gas Chips
to my vehicle's gas-tank?"
In order to achieve
increased mileage and reduced emissions, two
QX-3-Gas Chips are needed per vehicle. Installing
the QX-3-Gas Chips is simple and easy to do - it
literally takes seconds!
Before applying the Chips,
thoroughly clean a small area on the bottom of
your gas-tank of grease and dust. If necessary,
use a wire-brush to clean the area properly.
Peel off the paper on the
back of each Chip, place them approximately 5-10
inches apart from each other and firmly press the
adhesive side of each of the QX-3 Gas Chips onto
the cleaned area.
While the Chips' adhesive
is strong, we recommend using super glue to
securely attach the Chips to the gas-tank. While
not necessary in most cases, you may want to
consider hiring a mechanic to help you attach the
Chips on your tank if you do not feel comfortable
doing it yourself. DO NOT use duct tape or any
kind of tape over the Chips to secure them to the
fuel tank. Attach the Chips using the adhesive
side.

about the QX-3-Gas Chip:
1. Where did the technology
come from?
The technology was developed in Europe, using
BIOPRO's proprietary Energy Elevation Chamber
(EEC) to transfer and program a unique blend of
resonant frequencies onto the QX-3 Gas Chips.
2. People are experiencing
increased power particularly noticeable in the
low RPM range . . . why is this?
When the proprietary blend of resonant
frequencies programmed into the QX-3 Gas Chips is
transferred onto the vehicle's fuel, it impacts
the properties of the fuel (gasoline and diesel).
As a result, the combustion-strength in the
cylinder head is increased, which in turns
increases the pressure on the pistons, resulting
in increased engine power, particularly in the
low RPM range.
3. Has there been any
testing done with these on Semi's (18
wheelers)?
Yes, the QX-3 Gas Chips proved to be very
effective on large trucks. The effective capacity
limit (conservative estimate) for each set of 2
that comes in each package is 30 gallons,
however. So it may be a bit costly to use them on
big trucks. But if the chips can save you
thousands of dollars each year, it might still be
worth looking at.
4. If the fuel tank has a
shield or cover on it, can the chips be applied
to the shield?
If possible, try to find an opening in the cover
to that allows you to slide the Chips under the
cover to apply them directly on the tank,
preferably towards the bottom of the tank.
Applying the chips onto the cover (rather than
the tank) will make the chips less effective,
since the increased distance between the chips
and the fuel make it more difficult for the
resonant frequencies to be transferred onto the
fuel.
5. Are the QX-3 Gas Chips
equally effective on diesel versus gas
vehicles?
Yes, testing has shown increased gas mileage and
reduced emissions on both gas and diesel
vehicles.
6. I have a large
tractor-trailer big rig with 2 fuel tanks . . .
Do I need chips for each tank? Each tank is over
100 gallons . . . do I need more than two chips
per tank?
Yes, 2 chips (each QX-3 Fuel Chip package comes
in a set of 2) are required for each 30-gallon
fuel tank capacity. So for 100-gallon tanks, 7
individual chips per tank will be required. For 2
tanks, that would mean 14 chips (7 sets). Make
sure that the chips are placed towards the bottom
of the tank so that the maximum amount of fuel is
exposed to the frequencies transferred by the
QX-3 Gas Chips. (See Question 3)
7. Is it necessary to
change my vehicle's oil-change schedule in order
for the QX-3 Gas Chips to be effective?
In order for you to benefit from the QX-3 Gas
Chips, it is not a prerequisite to change oil
sooner than recommended by your vehicle's
maintenance schedule. However, if you want to
accelerate the performance of the QX-3 Gas Chips
and your vehicle, it is advisable to change your
vehicles' oil after 4-5 tanks of gas (or
1,500-2,000 miles - whichever comes sooner) AFTER
having applied the Chips to your gas tank. Carbon
deposits that built up in the engine over time
will drop into the oil pan after the Chips have
been applied, and cleaning out these deposits
will accelerate the performance of the Chips.
8. How long do the Chips
last? Is there an "expiration" date?
Research indicates that the chip should continue
to function properly as long as it is not
damaged, removed or reprogrammed.
9. Do the Gas Chips help
protect against EMF or is it specifically for
fuel efficiency?
The QX-3 Gas Chip is specifically designed to
increase fuel efficiency. In order to also have
EMF-Harmonization in your car, we advise you to
install BIOPRO EMF-Harmonization Chips in your
vehicles' cabin.
10. Are the QX-3 Gas Chips
programmed with the same technology as the
Universal Chips? Do I need the QX-3 Gas Chips and
the Universal Chips in my car? How do they
differ?
While the same technology (the Energy Elevation
Chamber (EEC)) is used to program both the
Universal EMF Harmonization Chips and the QX-3
Gas Chips, the blend of resonant frequencies
imprinted on both are different from each other.
